The Equipment or Services listed under the heading “Description” on our invoice is sold or provided by Sugar Dust to the Customer subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions is permitted unless expressly accepted by a Sugar Dust in writing. Visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Terms of Sale” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Terms of Sale”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and or available by links. These Terms of Sale apply to all users of the site, including without limitation of users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and or contributors of content.



The minimum order value accepted by Sugar Dust is $5.00. No order shall be binding on Sugar Dust until accepted by Sugar Dust. All sales are strictly pre-paid prior to delivery, and that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use any of our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.



All prices listed on this website are mentioned in AUD currency unless selected otherwise. The price for the Equipment or Service shall be the price current at the day of dispatch and shall include all related delivery costs whether specified or not specified and shall be paid at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed to by Sugar Dust. All prices are quoted inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).



Sugar Dust accepts Credit Card payment by means of PayPal, Credit Card by external company such as Stripe / Braintree and or Crypto currency. Sugar Dust will only process orders where sufficient funds have been transferred into the Sugar Dust Bank Account either via Internet Banking or by Direct Deposit (please refer to the details on the invoice or quote section for the Sugar Dust banking details). Confirmation and funds clearance is required prior to the dispatching of any goods.


5. Delivery

Once payment is received, we endeavor to send all orders out within 2 – 4* Business days, (Business days being Monday through to Friday.) excluding public holidays. All freight costs and insurance costs are borne by the purchaser. All goods are shipped from a number of warehouses located around the country directly to the purchaser via an independent courier agency, who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Sugar Dust operate from Australia.



(1) Risk in respect to the sale of products or service shall pass to the Customer when the order is delivered to the Customer or its agent.



(1) Whilst Sugar Dust takes every precaution in the preparation of its web site, catalogue, technical circulars, price lists and its other literature these documents / items are for the Customer’s general guidance only. The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation made by Sugar Dust which has not been stated expressly in this agreement or upon any catalogue, technical circulars, price lists or other literature produced by Sugar Dust. (2) Sugar Dust employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless such representations are confirmed by Sugar Dust in writing. The Customer acknowledges by accepting delivery of the goods that it does not rely on and waives any claim for breach of any such representations which are not so confirmed.



(1) Sugar Dust makes no express warranties beyond those stated in these terms and conditions. All conditions and warranties implied by statute or common law are to the extent permitted by law expressly excluded. (2) Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy and terms of sale / Terms of condition. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. (3) Notwithstanding anything else contained in these terms and conditions Sugar Dust will not be liable to the Customer for loss of profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or howsoever.



The Customer shall not assign or transfer or purport to assign or transfer this agreement or the benefits thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of Sugar Dust and payment of any applicable fee.



This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force in NSW and all disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the NSW courts. Updated: 09/07/2019


Placing Your Order

When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Sugar Dust website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products; however, Sugar Dust will make every effort to supply Products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud., terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered with a tracking number. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.


Payment Methods and Processing

Sugar Dust currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Crypto Currency payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. We process credit card, PayPal payments and crypto currency payment directly through our Sugar Dust website. Sugar Dust reserves the right to cancel the transaction. For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Please Note: We are unable to accept credit cards, and cheque cards that have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.



Sugar Dust purchases include GST when checking out. (This applies to Australia Only)



Sugar Dust always seeks to list items with the most competitive prices. Sugar Dust reserves the right to change prices for items / services displayed at Sugar Dust at any time. The price of store items and services shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping cost is shown separately on the product cart page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.


Supply Of Your:


Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the items indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.


Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery times can take 10 to 15 working days depending on location throughout the world from the date your payment being received and your order being processed. We are unable to control time delays from external and third-party courier services. In all instances estimated delivery times will be displayed at the checkout or via email. Sugar Dust makes every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times provided by Sugar Dust at checkout.

he estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product / order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We encourage you to visit the “Your Account” section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Product / order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card or in some cases leave it in a safe place, so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office, or arrangements will be clearly documented on the card. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for a reattempt to deliver.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products / orders will pass to you and courier services, upon leaving our warehouses.

Refund Policy:

As we deal with food based products once they leave our commercial kitchen we can not accept returns.
